Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

This FAQ applies to purchases made through the Tonny Collectables WooCommerce checkout. By completing checkout, you confirm you have reviewed and agreed to our Store Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy, Pre-Order Policy, and Terms & Conditions.

Orders & Authenticity

All products sold by Tonny Collectables are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted distributors. Pull rates and card contents are determined by the manufacturer and are not guaranteed.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Tracking information is automatically provided via WooCommerce once shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating any payment disputes.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless items arrive damaged or incorrect. Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence. Opened or tampered products are not eligible.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders ship once inventory is received. Release dates may change. Pre-orders are non-cancelable except where required by law.

Payments & Security

Payments are processed securely via encrypted third-party gateways. Tonny Collectables does not store full credit card information.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact Tonny Collectables prior to initiating a chargeback. WooCommerce order logs, IP data, and carrier confirmation are retained for dispute resolution.
