Customers acknowledge that:

• Actual packaging may contain minor production variations.

When a listing is for a specific individual card, the listing may state whether the photograph depicts the exact card or is representative.

6. Product Condition and Grading

Factory-sealed products

Products described as factory sealed are sold unopened in their original manufacturer packaging.

Factory sealed does not guarantee that the exterior packaging will be completely free from minor manufacturing, distributor, shelf, or shipping imperfections.

Minor imperfections may include:

• Light scuffs or scratches.
• Minor corner or edge wear.
• Slightly loose or uneven shrink wrap.
• Small impressions that do not break the factory seal.
• Minor printing, alignment, or packaging variations.

Ungraded cards

Raw-card condition descriptions reflect our good-faith assessment at the time of listing. Card-condition evaluation involves judgment, and another collector or grading company may reach a different conclusion.

An ungraded card is not guaranteed to receive any particular grade from PSA, Beckett, CGC, SGC, or another grading company.

Professionally graded cards

Professionally graded cards are sold according to the holder, label, certification information, and grade shown in the listing.

We do not control future grading-company standards, population reports, registry status, crossover results, regrading results, or label changes.

7. Randomized Products and Market Value

Booster packs, booster boxes, bundles, tins, collection boxes, and other sealed trading card products may contain randomized contents.

Unless expressly guaranteed in a listing:

• No particular card, character, rarity, artwork, or variant is guaranteed.
• No pull rate or quantity of valuable cards is guaranteed.
• No financial return, resale value, or grading result is guaranteed.
• Previous pull results do not guarantee future results.

Collectible values may increase or decrease because of supply, demand, reprints, grading outcomes, market activity, player demand, manufacturer announcements, or other factors.

A price change, market fluctuation, undesired pull, grading result, or change in customer opinion does not create a return, cancellation, exchange, refund, or price-adjustment right.

8. Pricing, Taxes, Errors, and Availability

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices may change before an order is submitted.

Placing a product in a shopping cart does not reserve inventory or guarantee its price.

Product prices may reflect supply, demand, availability, replacement cost, condition, and other lawful market factors.

We may correct typographical, technical, inventory, promotional, or pricing errors.

If a material error affects an unshipped order, we may cancel and refund the affected item or contact the customer for approval of the corrected terms.

Applicable taxes are calculated using the information available during checkout and applicable tax requirements.

9. Promotions, Discounts, and Coupon Codes

Promotions and coupon codes are subject to their stated eligibility requirements, dates, exclusions, and limits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Selecting an expedited shipping method does not necessarily shorten order-processing time.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a service is expressly identified as guaranteed.

12. Returns, Refunds, and Final-Sale Products

Return eligibility, damaged-product claims, incorrect-item claims, lost shipment remedies, return authorization, inspections, replacements, and refunds are governed by our:

Limited exceptions may apply to qualifying unopened products materially damaged during shipping, confirmed fulfillment errors, confirmed lost packages, and remedies required by law.

13. Preorders

Preorder products are offered before their expected release or arrival date. Manufacturer release dates and distributor delivery dates are estimates and may change.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that fulfillment depends on manufacturer release, distributor delivery, allocation, transportation, and inventory receipt.

Orders containing preorder and in-stock products may be held until all items are available. Place separate orders when you require in-stock products to ship independently.

Market-price changes, increased availability elsewhere, or a change of mind do not automatically create a preorder cancellation right.

If allocation is reduced, we may limit quantities or cancel affected orders and refund the canceled amount.

If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will provide any delay notice, cancellation option, consent request, or refund required by applicable law.

14. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us immediately to request a cancellation or order change.

A cancellation or modification is not approved until TC Holdings, LLC confirms approval in writing.

We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order enters processing, is packed, receives a shipping label, or is transferred to a carrier.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and the applicable final sale and return terms apply.

If we cancel an unshipped order, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Customers may not evade limits by using multiple accounts, addresses, identities, payment methods, intermediaries, or coordinated purchases.

Opening, discarding, altering, selling, trading, or returning a disputed product without authorization may prevent us from verifying the claim.

No duplicate recovery

A customer may not knowingly obtain or retain more than one recovery for the same amount or transaction.

Examples of duplicate recovery include retaining a merchant refund while also receiving a chargeback credit for the same purchase, or receiving both a replacement and a full refund without authorization.

If duplicate credits occur, the customer must promptly notify TC Holdings, LLC and the applicable financial institution or payment provider so the duplicate amount can be corrected.

Fraudulent or materially false claims

Knowingly submitting fabricated photographs, false non-delivery claims, altered documents, substituted products, false unauthorized-payment claims, or other materially false information is prohibited.

TC Holdings, LLC may contest a false claim, restrict future purchases, preserve relevant evidence, and pursue remedies available under applicable law.

18. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact support@tonnycollectables.com promptly so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the concern.

Contacting TC Holdings, LLC is encouraged but is not intended to eliminate or unlawfully condition a billing-error, chargeback, unauthorized-payment, or payment-protection right provided by law or a payment provider.

When a chargeback or payment dispute is submitted, TC Holdings, LLC may provide relevant transaction evidence to the payment processor, financial institution, carrier, insurer, or other reviewing party.

Relevant evidence may include order records, policy acceptance, payment verification, customer communications, tracking, delivery confirmation, signatures, carrier findings, account activity, and fraud-prevention information.

Customers should notify their financial institution if the merchant resolves the dispute directly or issues a refund while a payment dispute remains open.

We may temporarily restrict new purchases from an account associated with an unresolved payment dispute when reasonably necessary to prevent additional loss, fraud, or duplicate recovery.

If a payment provider decides a dispute in the customer’s favor, we will comply with the provider’s decision, subject to any appeal or review right available to us.

A chargeback decision does not independently determine every contractual, factual, or legal issue between the parties. Either party retains the rights and remedies available under applicable law.

Customers may be permitted to submit product reviews, photographs, comments, questions, or other content.

You retain ownership of your submitted content. By submitting it, you grant TC Holdings, LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and use the content for operating, promoting, and improving Tonny Collectables.

You represent that submitted content:

• Is truthful and based on your genuine experience.
• Does not infringe another person’s rights.
• Does not contain unlawful, threatening, or harassing material.
• Does not disclose unnecessary personal or payment information.
• Does not contain malware, spam, or deceptive promotional content.

We may moderate or remove content that violates these standards, while complying with applicable law.

20. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the website to:

• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
• Submit false customer, payment, address, or claim information.
• Interfere with website security or normal operation.
• Probe, scan, or test systems without authorization.
